3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings for tours, programs, and services can be made through our contact form, by email, or by phone. Bookings are confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, as specified. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of booking.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted). Refund eligibility depends on timing:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled time: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled time: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

We may cancel services due to insufficient enrollment, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide full refunds or offer rescheduling options.

4. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must comply with our policies and staff instructions. We expect respectful behavior toward other visitors, staff, and our collections. We reserve the right to remove visitors who violate our policies or behave inappropriately, without refund. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

  • Touching artifacts (except designated hands-on displays)
  • Running, shouting, or disruptive behavior
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Bringing prohibited items (weapons, large bags in galleries, food in galleries)
  • Violating photography policies

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content
