Can I book services through email?

Yes! You can book most services via email at [email protected]. Please include your preferred date and time, number of participants, and type of service you're interested in. We'll respond with availability and next steps.

Do you offer tours in languages other than English?

We primarily offer tours in English, with materials available in Irish. For tours in other languages, please contact us at least four weeks in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your request through our network of multilingual guides.

How do I arrange a school visit?

School visits require advance booking (minimum 4 weeks recommended). Contact us with your preferred dates, grade level, number of students, and curriculum connections you'd like to address. We'll work with you to create a customized program.

Can I visit without a booking?

Yes! General admission does not require advance booking - simply arrive during our opening hours. However, guided tours, educational programs, and research access all require advance booking.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facility is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. We also offer assistive listening devices and large-print materials. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure we're prepared to accommodate you.

Where can I park?

Public parking is available within a short walk of our facility. We can provide detailed parking information and directions when you contact us. Unfortunately, we do not have dedicated on-site parking.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibition galleries to protect the artifacts. However, we have a café on-site offering light refreshments, and you're welcome to bring packed lunches to enjoy in our designated eating areas.
