Brought my students here for a field trip and it exceeded all expectations. The educational program was perfectly aligned with our curriculum, and the hands-on activities kept the students engaged throughout. The staff were patient and accommodating with our large group. We'll definitely be returning next year.

As a researcher, I've used their library and archives extensively. The collection is impressive and the staff are incredibly helpful in locating materials. The digital archive system makes it easy to find what you need. They've been supportive of my work and I'm grateful for their commitment to scholarly research.

Visited with my family during the Heritage Festival and had an amazing time. The reenactments were entertaining and educational, the craft demonstrations were fascinating, and the children loved the interactive activities. Great value for money and a wonderful day out for the whole family.

The behind-the-scenes tour was a highlight of my trip to Ireland. Getting to see the conservation lab and storage facilities gave me a whole new appreciation for the work that goes into running a museum. The artifacts not on public display were stunning. A must-do for serious history enthusiasts.
How We Use Feedback
Visitor feedback is essential to our continuous improvement process. We review all comments and suggestions carefully, and many of our recent enhancements have come directly from visitor input. For example, we added more seating in our galleries after visitors mentioned fatigue during longer visits. We expanded our children's programming based on requests from families. We improved our signage and wayfinding after visitors noted confusion about gallery organization.
We also conduct regular visitor surveys to gather structured feedback on specific aspects of our operations. These surveys help us identify trends, measure satisfaction, and prioritize improvements. We share summary results with our staff and use them to set goals for the coming year. Transparency in how we respond to feedback is important to us, and we regularly update our visitors on changes we've made based on their suggestions.
